Who controls the data

The controller is the seller identified on the About page. If the legal seller details are not configured, the site is not ready to accept real orders.

What we collect

We collect only what you enter in a form or chat, plus technical data needed to secure the service.

• Name, email, phone number and city.
• Model, quantity, fulfilment preference, inverter details and project parameters.
• Conversation content, exact consent wording, time, source page and IP address.

Purpose and automation

We use the data to answer, check stock, prepare a quotation and route technical questions to a person. The chatbot structures an enquiry; it does not set a price, approve compatibility or decide whether someone may buy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent through the contact page. We do not sell personal data.
