What the optional permission to continue an enquiry on WhatsApp allows.
What we send
Only messages about the enquiry you started. A business-initiated first message outside the service window uses an approved template only.
What we do not send
No newsletters or unrelated advertising without separate marketing consent. WhatsApp consent is not marketing consent.
How to stop
Reply STOP or contact us through the site. The opt-out is recorded and further WhatsApp messages stop.
Meta processing
Messages pass through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to WhatsApp’s rules.
